Officials fear that images of Caylee’s remains will be leaked by the defense and they’re fighting the release of the photo/CDs. GOD, hopefully they would not sink that low. Nevermind.
Three CDs are being withheld by the state- they’ve filed a motion asking the judge to place restrictions on who Jose would be allowed to show the images to. Why are Caylee’s remains STILL waiting on a funeral? The defense needs to do a second “autopsy” — WHY haven’t they done it yet? Jose– this is just a piece of free PR advice for you… Get that SH!T done pronto bc it makes you and yours look like insensitive, incompetent, and thoughtless fools. I know that may just be called a Tuesday, in your case, but pls just try to give REALITY more than just a passing glance. Pls give that little girl a proper burial. I bet Jose is parsing pennies and wondering/pondering who he should have come in to do the “autopsy” and can he get them to pay their own way? Remember they are either involved in the case bc they are desperate for publicity or they are being paid by some anonymous donor. It doesn’t really make any difference at this point — the remains are skeletonized. So, Jose, pls realize that and realize that WE ALL realize that so just move on– get someone to look at the remains or don’t. Just do something and let the family bury Caylee.
Hmm, this is the first I’ve seen of the psychic’s search. Gail St. John is on. She talks about the feeling being like a punch in the gut- you have trouble breathing. I wonder if this was the only location where she had that reaction? The Body Hunter. Was that dog a cadaver dog? Gale says no, she did not alert police bc she says they were not taken seriously when they were there…for something completely new.
WHEN is that administrative review going to come out? I am really curious to know just how thoroughly those deputies checked out that scene.
Casey has a transistor radio in her cell. That makes me want to listen to the radio– I wonder what she listens to? I wonder if she is still reading, napping and thinking of funny stories in order to “deal” w/things.

LP is talking about 3 meter readers out there near/at the scene– WTF? WHAT is he talking about? There was NO “daisy” chain that started w/Casey. He says Kronk’s supervisor is a neighbor of the Anthony’s. Wow– he is heavy into conspiracy theories. That’s silly and distracting. I’m losing patience w/this case.

Jose and his stupidity are about the only things fueling my obsession these days– someone should really tell the spiteful b!tch that she is being VERY poorly represented. Jose makes me really worry that there will be some kind of appeal later– he is super special.

Caylee’s remains were finally recovered on December 11; and formally identified on December 19th. The defense went to court on at least 2 occasions; seeking access to the active crime scene and subsequent autopsy.
The requests made by the defense team were initially denied by the court; until the remains were formally identified. Since that time the defense has elected to not examine the crime scene and they have apparently not performed a 2nd autopsy.
LE is waiting to question the Anthony’s further until after Caylee’s burial. Is the 2nd autopsy being delayed to give the Anthony’s more time before being questioned by LE?
What’s the hold up in the 2nd autopsy?

I usually lurk to the site, just want to say I really enjoy reading here. I am very sad that they have not laid Caylee to rest yet. This Gail St john is nothing but a money hungry psycho. This is about Caylee now; she is found and needs to be laid to rest in peace. Her mother needs to hang by her hair from a rafter.

The Anthony’s and their crooked lawyers are delaying the burial so they have more time to get their lies straight.
The whole Anthony family is going to lie to protect Casey. That is becoming clearer. Hopefully, the whole family will be sent to prison.
The wild-card is George, who, should he grow some cojones, might be compelled to tell the truth.
Cindy and Lee are both as messed-up as Casey. The nuts don’t fall far from the tree.
