That jury got the hell out of town before the sun went down on the travesty they committed in court yesterday. No justice for Caylee– we are done w/this case and the sequestration and we can’t be bothered to explain.
So thanks to that idiotic jury Casey finally gets everything she ever wanted. She’s rid of Caylee for good, she’s free, she got to severely punish her mean, overbearing parents and BONUS she gets to sell Caylee and the “story” of what happened to her for lots of money. It’s almost hard to believe the level of destruction that the spiteful bitch has brought down upon everyone around her.
I hope the name Casey Anthony will become synonymous w/FUBAR. When something is Fu*ked Up Beyond All Recognition- you can call it Casey Anthony. Did you see that 40 car pileup on the freeway? It was like Casey Anthony bad!!! She IS the human AK-47: The very worst. When you absolutely, positively have to kill everyone in the room. Accept no substitutes.
She completely laid waste to her entire family and then she had Roy Kronk for dessert. Amy Huizenga, Tony Lazzaro, Jesse Grund, Zenaida Gonzales and anyone else who had their private lives eviscerated for the world to see- they were just the appetizers.
I hope like hell that everyone forces her to deal w/that reality she created. That abuse after all, is her excuse for what happened to Caylee. I don’t think the Anthonys should be allowed to ignore what she said to all of the world about her father and brother. If she goes to live in that home and George stays there it will be clear to everyone that she killed Caylee. She can’t just stick to the accident story now and forget the rest bc the world is not quite as dysfunctional as this family or that jury. We remember what you said Casey about that penis in your mouth when you were a child. The Anthonys may wish to ignore what happened but I don’t think they should be allowed to either. It would dishonor Caylee to do so. Everyone that interviews them should make that one of their main focuses. Caylee ended up triple bagged in the swamp because of the incest and sexual abuse that Casey supposedly suffered. If she was lying -surprise, surprise- about that, then there would be absolutely NO REASON that Caylee’s drowning didn’t warrant a call for help.
George and Cindy have issued a statement calling her defense baseless but the verdict fair. So they admit that she’s lying about what happened but think she shouldn’t be held accountable for anything. Shocking huh? Somehow that doesn’t surprise me but I do disagree. This jury brought shame upon themselves, the State of Florida and our jury system. Caylee was worth more than that. She deserved more than just 10 hours of deliberation and I’m sick and frick’n tired of people saying they did a good job w/what they had.

Russell Huekler, and alternate juror is doing the media rounds now saying he thinks it’s safe to say that something horrific happened to that little girl. Well thank you captain obvious. Aside from her death the most horrific thing that happened to that little girl is what the jury did when they cleared her mother of any responsibility. If she drowned, Casey should have been watching her. If she drowned Casey should have called 911. If she drowned Casey should have reported the death. If she drowned, she deserved a proper burial.
How do they explain the smell from Casey’s trunk? How do they explain the chloroform? How do they think Caylee got to the swamp? Caylee’s corpse didn’t get duct taped and triple bagged all by itself. If they speak out w/suspicion about George’s possible culpability their complete and total ignorance will be confirmed.
George was devastated to lose Caylee. Losing Caylee set Casey free. Never in her entire life had she been able to be out of her parent’s house and have such freedom for 31 days. Now the hideous murderer will have what she sees as a bella vita. I don’t think anyone in that family has a job so I’m sure the rush to profit from Caylee’s death will be swift and voracious.
I wish I knew Judge Belvin Perry’s email so that I could email him w/some requests. Since she is a convicted felon she should serve the maximum allowed for lying to the police. She should also be charged w/contempt for speaking so much (under her breath) during the trial and especially during the closing arguments. The guy who flipped the bird got 6 days and it will be an injustice if Casey gets away w/that.
I’m just so sad and so mad I could spit. Which reminds me- I read somewhere that Casey will probably be called a murderer wherever she goes and will always have to wonder if someone spit in her food bc of it. I kinda hope that’s true but I feel bad about it and mad at her for making me feel that way! GRRRR!

I think this jury simply wanted to go home and this was the quickest way to make that happen. I bet at least half of them thought Casey was guilty but infamous juror #4 probably made it crystal clear from the outset of their meeting that she would be a problem that could result in their being in deliberations a helluva lot longer than one day. If found guilty of first degree, there’d still be a penalty phase.
These people wanted to go home, they figure she’s such a well known person that the odds she’ll kill another child are slim to none because now everyone will be watching her. If I were a member of this jury I’d keep my mouth shut and my identity secret. If there’s anyone more hated in America right now than Casey Anthony, I’d say it’s the members of her jury.

Lord help us…but we can’t stop her from becoming pregnant. I can’t let this all go. I feel helpless that I can’t undo this injustice that has been done. And now she will make a ton of money on her duaghter’s death along with Jose’ the Sleez lawyer. Can’t stand Chaney either . I want to take his middle finger and bend it over backwards until I hear the crunch.

The Jury in this Case was not well informed because they didn’t take the time to look at All the Evidence just what they wanted to see and hear, therefore I believe Laziness on their Part definitely was Part in their Deliberation Process, they wanted to get out as fast as possible and the Result of this, they let a Murderer walk back into Society without taking the Responsibility for Casey’s Action which led to Murdering her own Daughter Caylee Marie, the forgotten Victim in this whole Mess!
Shame on All the People responsible for that Injustice! JMO

I also reserve the Right to judge the Jury, they did not serve Justice in this Case.
They didn’t bother taking the time which was needed to take this Case serious and do their Job as a Juror like it was meant to be, to honor our Justice System and do the the Best they can to bring about a fair Verdict, which was not done in this Case.
The Jurors failed miserable in this Case by not doing their Job to their Best Ability. JMO

Kim, I think it’s obvious that she is somehow responsible for her child’s death. But the only proof the prosecution had was that Caylee was dead by unknown cause, and someone in the Anthony house disposed of her body, but not who did it. A jury is charged to base their findings on the evidence presented. to do anything else would be unlawful and a slap in the face of the U.S. Constitution. Being a liar, a terrible mother, a slut is not evidence of murder. The jury didn’t and shouldn’t bring a verdict based on the sometimes untrue blabbering that comes from TV celebs like Nancy Grace. I have heard, since the verdict, statements about how could the jury ignore this fact or that fact. But if you look at the evidence in the trial, so many things people have heard on TV were never presented to the jury. Some was not presented because it was not true, some because it could be connected to the case. I read your blog about Zanny/Xanax and I think you were right on. Casey may have killed Caylee with a drug overdose and then panicked. That would make her guilty of aggravated child abuse and felony murder under Florida law. It would have fallen under the death penalty just as first degree murder would have. If the prosecution had not asked for the death penalty the jury may have found aggr. child abuse. Don’t blame the jury or the defense team for this loss. It falls on the shoulders of the prosecution team.

The prosecution does not have to prove cause of death, exact time of death or even exact place of death for Casey to be found guilty of even first degree murder. The Scott Peterson case had even less evidence, and all of the evidence was circumstantial, and that jury was out for days going through the evidence and connecting the dots. That’s what juries are supposed to do, not sit around and bond and tell jokes “just like cousins” for 1k0 hours and decide there wasn’t enough evidence. Baloney! The manner of death was homicide – testified to by the Medical Examiner. Accident victims just don’t go unreported for 31 days. Accident victims aren’t shoved into garbage bags and dumped in a trash swamp. There is no innocent explanation for duct tape on a toddler’s face. Casey shared access to the duct tape and the garbage bags. But she, and he alone, had access to the car that was found abandoned with the smell of human decomposition in it. She, and she alone had access to the shirt that Caylee died in. Remember indy testified that she had never seen that shirt before she saw the pictures of Caylee in that shirt the pictures taken at the home of one of Casey’s boyfriends. The prosecutor doesn’t have to prove motive, but they did prove it by showing Casey’s incredible behavior after what the defense claims was the sudden, tragic loss of Caylee by accidental drowning. That includes that infamous tattoo of Bella Vita.
There was more than enough evidence to find Casey guilty of First Degree Murder – at the very least, Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child.
But the verdict of this lazy stupid jury – Not Guilty of all felonies is beyond the pale, and as far as I’m concerned, they murdered that poor little girl a second time. I hope that never have a decent night’s sleep again.

Amen Vivian. I know in my gut she did it and it was
“reasonable doubt”. I also think the procecution go it right on…and I think because Caylee was becoming more vocal was also right on and a motive. Casey couldn’t do what she wanted all the time because now she had a daughter that could talk about being drugged and put in a trunk of a car and so on. The dumb jury didn’t take the time to look at anything. I don’t get how they can live with themselves letting Caylee’s murderer mother get off scotfree. How are they going to feel when they start seeing Casey making millions on her daughter’s death. I also think that Cindy may have been also trying to get Casey to stand up, grow up and take some responsiblities like getting a real job, being a real loving mother and so on. I don’t think George and Lee did anything sexual to Casey either. It was just BS that Sleez lawyer Jose’ was spewing. I think Lee was crying because he either knew what CAsey did or what Casey had put the family through. It was a mud fight on national television where Casey Anthony was the star with her supportive actor by her side Jose’ the sleez. And Dave…Nancy Grace had nothing to do with my way of thinking. I can think on my own very will thank you.

What I dont understand is if they are calling it an accident then and admitting to that (which i do not believe) how come no one is in trouble ESPECIALLY casey for Abuse of a Corpse then? for not reporting her death? I can not believe for the life of me that this scum bag is walking scott free of everthing! How is it okay to do what she (claimed) happened? Okay so youre telling me its okay to throw her beautiful baby girls dead body in a trashbag in the swamp with duct tape over her mouth? Wow this is just soo not right!!!! How the hell is she getting away with this…even the accidental drowning story!!! How is she getting away with throwing that babys body in a swamp; this IS what she;s admitting too (even know we all know its a lie) by casey saying this is what happened… how is the world is she not getting in trouble for not reporting the “accidental death & abuse of a corpse” God Bless You Caylee Marie….

Pinellas County is known for sunshine, great beaches and an overwhelmingly unsophisticated blue collar culture. It is a “loser’s paradise”, having lured many of America’s most ignorant, unstable, simpleton misfits to move there. Most locals either have a criminal record or are close to someone with a criminal record. This has led them to become experts at suspending common sense, because they routinely rationalize the bad behavior they see all around them everyday as acceptable, even normal. Given this bias, their default response to any news of an arrest is to excuse or doubt guilt. So there’s your Pinellas County jury pool: a low IQ populace practiced in the art of rejecting common sense, with disdain for the concepts of societal behavior norms and lawful accountability.
