Are you freaking kidding me? CH13 is reporting here that the family is apparently STILL trying to exonerate their daughter by casting doubts as to how and when the remains were discovered.
“It’s been searched dry, it’s been searched wet, it’s been searched in between. It’s been searched over by Tim Miller [of Texas EquuSearch] twice, who we hold in high regards with his professional organization,” Bart told News 13. The family is suspicious of the circumstances leading to the finding.
I guess I should cease to be amazed but I simply cannot. I cannot believe they are going to try to go down this route. WHO THE FU*K are they going to try to accuse? Nature boy/the meter reader MUST have been in on it bc how could they know he would be answering nature’s call in that very area after all this time.
Also, whoever this person is– they must have also had access to the Anthony home bc something in that bag links back there. Oh no, I just remembered that in one of those jailouse videos recently released– (I will look for it) Cindy asks Casey if someone could have been in their home– Casey says I don’t know mom-she (Zanny) had a key- I told you that a long time ago. Cindy must have noticed something amiss in the home and questioned Casey some time ago. Like something of Caylee’s that Cindy had noticed was different- Casey was alway sneaking back into the home when she was supposed to be “working” but I imagine she had the lie on the quick draw in case Cindy noticed something –to just say– oh yeah, well Zanny must have brought Caylee by there, I gave her a key.
Law enforcement is searching the area around the remains for the fourth day in a row while the defense is still not allowed near the scene. Oh my, can you imagine how DISPLEASED Jose must be? Someone’s going to get a LETTER!
I guess they really are going to try sticking to that Zanny the nanny story that insults the intelligence. I was kind of hoping that when the dream team came by to meet w/the A team yesterday that they were perhaps breaking some news– like Casey gave a new “accident” story and lets talk about getting her some type of plea. No such luck.
Baez says that Casey is not doing well at all and she wants to know what’s going on. Yes, I imagine she will need to know asap what was found so that she can fabricate new tall tales. Baez has a list of items taken from the home– I want to see that list!
I just really can’t wrap my head around what this family is thinking. Did they want to release that statement or did someone coerce or convince them to? Do they really think we are that stupid?

The Anthonys have absolutely no credibility-last time with the Caylee is alive story they might have persuaded some really gullible people but not this time. First the duct tape is going to settle this – there will be fingerprints on it, next the area where the meter reader stopped though not “remote” as far as being far away, but is difficult to get into now (as its been fenced in) and is still thick with brush and overgrowth.
How in the world would someone wishing to plant that bag expect that anyone would ever discover it? And why plant it in the first place?
If the body was that well hidden why take a chance to plant it as Casey had a much better chance not to get convicted without a body?

Thank you artgal– for talking me down a bit. I know the story is ludicrous and couldn’t possibly be anything but…but just the fact that they are even trying to spin it– that makes me CRAZY! I’m really trying hard to keep my sympathy for them intact- but I must say they are working my last nerve. GRRR!

The zanni story may have a little bit of truth in it (very little)…however, she failed to tell anyone what she had been doing at Universal. She hasn’t told how she got ZG’s info either…a biggie IMO!
Why plant it Artgal…news sells…it’s all about timing and the Christmas season is upon us!

It’s been a three ring circus and a witch hunt! People who claim they believe in LE are/have been staging protests and circulating petitions…that’s talking out of both sides of the mouth!
Everything about this case insults the intelligence…I doubt the grandparents actually have a clue and spout out things out of negative reactions.
Casey knows where she last saw Caylee.

Maybe Casey told Jose where she put Caylee and they recently moved her there knowing someone would find it and then they can go to plan B about Caylee being kidnapped, someone having a key to their house and Casey is innocent!!

I think George, Cindy and Lee should be charged as well. I believe their behavior has been callous and decietful. I belive they have known for a while and let people search and have hope. Now all they care about is saving the daughter they were about to throw out of the house as Cindy was seeking help on what to do with her out of control daughter and had even threatened to take Caylee away. She must as a mother had know that child was in danger of abuse if not death. Casey, Rot in hell!

My heart goes out to George and Cindy no parent should have to live with the knowledge that their daughter could murder her baby for any reason. I hope that finding little Caylee will help them move on and except that she’s gone. The road ahead won’t be an easy one for them I’m sure but walk it they must. I hope God will give them the strength they need to move on and be there for Caylee right now because they are her voice and she deserves the truth about her death to come out.

My question is, will Baez now reveal the “true”
story that would have been told at trial now that there is no one to “protect”? After all, Baez said over and over we didnt know the true story.
Casey said she was “protecting” the family – now there is no need to protect them. Will there be more sightings of Caylee? How foolish that woman who insisted she saw Caylee at the airport now looks. She was an unbalanced person and the media shouldnt have given her facetime.
Perhaps we can all learn a lesson about tips and
also about the psychology of strangers inserting themselves into public cases. All of them made
things up to getter more airtime if you ask me.
People with credible information do NOT act the way any of these people did in the so-called
Caylee sightings. As to the Anthonys, all their
credibility is gone -even their new attorney was very careful with his words, stating that they were grieving and didnt know what to make of this situation. That probable stance will change in the future as the new dream team (ha) will
start to give them hope they can help Casey beat the rap. However in C&G’s heart, they know
Casey did this and now they have to live the rest of their lives with Caylees death.

Oh, I bet there will be more sightings just because it’s so preposterous, and I think The Anthony’s are addicted to this behavior. Otherwise, they won’t be news and then people won’t pay them astronomical sums of money for appearances, and they won’t be able to think of themselves as celebrities and stay in 5 star resorts and eat $100 a plate meals in exclusive restaurants on Caylee’s dime.

Could Cindy actually live in the same house as Casey again knowing what she has done to Caylee and the hell she has put her family through ? Even if Jose and the dream team by chance got her out of this ( which i do not believe they will . There is no way the two of them could live under the same roof. LE would have a murder on their hands or at least attemted murder. They didnt get along before all of this, can you imagine what it would be like now ? MB needs to shut up, Casey’s Jose and dream team should be helping them come to the realization that this is probably their granddaughter who was found and prepare thm for the confirmation that will be released very soon. To my knowledge they haven’t seen Casey since the remains were found. One would think that if they still believe her fooloish lie, they would want to try and comfort her. This so called dream team should be ran out of Florida. God will see to it that our Caylee will get her due justice.

Damm, I knew they were going to play this card. This keeps KC’s story in tact, by sticking to it Cindy will believe it and Zanny will now become the culprit, and the nanny having a key to the house will take care of things that may have a match to the house. I hope George didn’t clean the shop vac after he cleaned the car, if he indeed used it, and lets all pray KC didn’t use gloves when using the duct tape,that will be hard to explain.
I knew Cindy would not leave Kc. on her own,she will now defend her KNOWING CAYLEE IS DEAD,the spin now is ZANNY!! Here we go again!

I’m the youngest in my fam so it always used to be me– oh Kimmy did it– but I have quite successfully brought Zanny up to take the heat for everything now– Neighbor steals the newspaper? it’s probably Zanny, drycleaner doesn’t get the stain out? damn that zanny!, pizza delivered- but burned? dammit zanny! Casey and the nanny is one and the same person!
She even put ‘nanny’ on her resume-George told the FBI that. Casey told Cindy in the jail interview to tell Zenaida, the fictious nanny, that she forgave her. Casey was forgiving herself. Sure the nanny had an ID for Universal and a key to the Anthony house.
Casey was Caylee’s ‘nanny’. She considered herself the nanny and Cindy was Caylees mommy.. Cindy was the first to hold Caylee at birth. Caylee loved Cindy more than Casey.
So when Casey says the nanny killed Caylee and got rid of her remains…she is telling the truth.

I don’t think Casey will ever agree to a plea deal. If she takes a plea deal, she will have to admit she did something wrong. I don’t believe she will ever admit to it. If this is Caylee’s body, I wonder if they will be able to tell when she died? If you remember correctly, Casey said Caylee had called her on July 15th{ which we know is a lie}, so if it’s proved that Caylee died before July 15th- then she couldn’t have called Casey- would this be the wake up call that Cindy needs to finally see her daughter for what she really is?

You know, I’m not surprised and outraged that the first reaction of the Anthonys would be to question the circumstances of this find. I mean, most of us were taken by surprise. My own reaction was, ‘Unbelievable!’
Whatever the true story, I think it will very shortly be revealed to us, thanks to duct tape, and Caylee’s remains.

very much like coming out of Cindy’s Mouth. I was so hoping she would finally come to her Senses.
I have a Feeling she will go on pretending Caylee is
alive and someone planted that poor Baby’s Skeleton and it is not Caylee.

Hope could very well be someone from the A team on HOPE Spring Drive. I’m wondering though– I’m going to have to go back and review some video bc I interviewed someone at Jay Blanchard Park that sounds like that person– the way they spoke/wrote is familiar. It was that day the Anthony’s stole Murt’s sign at Jay Blanchard Park– she was carrying a “Caylee is ALIVE” sign, sticking to the A team like velcro and wearing a McCain/Palin T-shirt (well after the election– Live in the NOW!!)

Wow! I was just back in the archives reading an interview between Richard Grund and one of the detectives. RG calls George and says something like “why aren’t you doing what an ex cop would do”? George calls him back later and says that “he does what Cindy wants”. He goes on to say that “Cindy rules this family and what ever Cindy wants is what Cindy gets”. He went on to say that Cindy told him, “You know I could lose both my girls over this”.
This is from a witness and if bought out in court and connected to some of the stuff Cindy has done to protect Casey, well I just wonder what LE will do. Now I know why George looked like a little puppet on LK. Cindy is a spinner.

Not too sure why… but a mother… a good one will stand behind her child come Hell or high water out of hope… and faith. Mostly hope because she wants to believe her child to be forthcoming, honest and everthing she raised her to be… not the murderer of her grandchild. I can not blame the Anthony’s for standing behind Casey. I mean all they can see is the child they created not the monster that she is. Yes, they are blind to her lies and what she has done to Caylee, simply because if they ever acknowledge that she did this to their beautiful grandchild then they are responsible for creating her and raising her to be the heartless psychopath that she is. They need to be counseld that they had nothing to do with what she is. Sociopaths come from the best of families and no one is responsible for their loss of empathy, their self preservation and what ever it is that drives them to do what they do. I am just amazed that they, the Anthony’s and everyother parent before them, have so much strength in their denial that it consumes them and takes away the truth. If they saw her with a gun in her hand and Caylee’s little lifless body beneath her with a bullet hole they would still believe her lies. Manipulation is a defined art and nurtured talent… Casey never worked and stole from the people that loved her, murdered her 3 year old child… she had nothing but time to hone her skills… and talented she is.

I know Susan- I agree! Its sad that they contributed to forming this situation (this monster)– but they didn’t do it purposely. They probably did the best they could- and had blind eternal hope and faith that she (Casey) would grow out of it and become a normal, caring, honest, person! How could they know?
I think that there’s a chance they could snap out of it and realize how delusional they’ve been but someone needs to get to them and keep them away from Jose. He’s poison to that situation bc it does not behoove HIM or his client for them to realize the reality around them. I really do feel sorry for them– w/all their faults– they are human and they are suffering. I LOVE Caylee and I’ve been devasted…I can’t even imagine being in their shoes having KNOWN AND loved her.

I read the Anthony attorney is their new PR person. The statements from the first PR to the second is very different. We went from very strange circumstances on the finding of the body to they are trying to come to terms with the fact that Caylee may be gone.
Maybe Conway can now convince them to fight for Caylee. They don’t have to stop loving Casey but Caylee is the victim and NEEDS her family.

Susan, beautifully written. I’ve felt the deepest sympathy for the Anthonys, especially Cindy, throughout this terrible ordeal, but I was still not prepared for the visitation videos.
How Casey can look her mother in the eye and tell her that she wants Caylee back and would do anything to get her back, and is doing all she can…? It’s very hard for me to accept that it’s all just lies, and I don’t even like Casey!

The family should all be brought up on charges.! Cindy pulled out the pants that smell like death from Casey’s car, did the laundry, THEN called the police!? Are kidding me? George knows all the ins and outs of how murder cases get investigated, he knows the deal.
Zanny has a key to the house – Really Anthony family – is that the BEST you can do? All 3 of you and the 2 dogs must have put your heads togeher for that lame one.
Does anyone know if Zanny the Nanny knew OJ Simpson? Maybe she had a key to OJ’s & Nichole’s house too! Yes, and maybe she was the Nanny for the Menendez brothers, the dog nanny for Scottt Peterson, she must have had a key then too? Wow – I think I have solved it all!
